Weekend Update

Foxy New Year, Part 1

Hello there, my foxes!

We’re taking a break this week from our decision-making series, and enjoying a quick breather and an update instead.

Here’s the situation: good writing takes time. It is an art. And the fundamental components of the promise I’m delivering to you with this Newsletter for Foxes are quality writing, useful messages, and inspirational content.

I’m moving this weekend, and although I’ve started writing part 3 of foxy decision-making, I don’t want to rush it. I’d much rather use this time of physical labor to mentally simmer on all the decisions that will comprise my message. I promise I won’t be like Patrick Rothfuss (celebrated author of my favorite fantasy series, which opens with The Name of the Wind) and take years to write the next installment. Part 3 will be here in just one week!

So, in this time, help me help you by sending me a message with what you’d like to know about overcoming fear and the benefits of active decision-making. Also, take this time to reflect on areas in your life that you’d like to take control of. There’s an amazing artist I follow who advises to start with “the biggest difference” when painting. This is directly applicable to our lives as well. Start with the biggest difference between the life we’re living now and the one we’d like to live. Close that gap, and oh foxy day, we will have made so much progress!

I’m excited to hear from you and to move forward with these big life changes. A few more questions for you to simmer on: should I make this newsletter a blog? Would it be nice to reference previous letters in one archive? Do you think this would be good for new foxes? I’m thinking yes yes yes, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Have a beautiful weekend!

Three cheers for my lovely foxes,
