Next week, we’ll continue our chat about the positive decision loop, and how to fuel progress on our foxy goals. Specifically, I’m queuing up stories and ideas on how we can achieve our dreams while still fulfilling our obligations.
In the meantime, let’s take a look back at our progress, and celebrate how far we’ve come. Sometimes just the recognition of growth is enough to inspire more. Take a look, and nod with a smile, “yeah, I did that.” Acknowledge the benefits of even simple things, like reading this newsletter and practicing gratitude. Small steps can cumulate to great results. And intake is just as important as output.
It feels so good to do something right. Let’s allow that goodness to fill us with energy and inspiration to grow more. Let’s remember and re-create that which makes us smile and feel healthy, inside and out.
